A senior HR Consultant, with more than 10 years experience as a senior executive coach, Clare has specialized in the design and delivery of coaching programmes as part of international leadership development and talent management.

Clare has held a senior management role at the British Council for more than 15 years, and has recently developed an interactive on-line career management programme for 8,000 staff in 107 countries. This ground breaking programme had unprecedented levels of usage and was supported by workshop programmes to bring about major organizational change.

Clare held a series of senior operational roles for the British Council in Africa and the Middle East.  She has worked with higher education bodies in the UK to support access to these markets as well as having field experience working internationally. Prior to moving into coaching she led the employment relations and policy team for the British Council.

Clare holds an OCR (Oxford & Cambridge & RSA) Diploma in Coaching.

Clare is an Associate Consultant with Creative Metier working on programme design and coaching for senior leaders.
