Grace is a qualified executive, career and business coach with 18 years’ experience of providing coaching and consultancy to a diverse range of clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Before joining Creative Metier and working as an independent consultant Grace was Principle Consultant at Right Management, a subsidiary of Manpower, and previously worked in the public and not-for-profit sectors in senior and consultancy roles.
Grace has a strong portfolio of executive coaching clients and regularly works with individual executives and executive teams across industry sectors and job types. She specialises in people and organisational development and works with coaching and facilitation techniques to understand needs and develop practical outcomes-based programmes which result in behavioural change and success.
In the Finance Sector she planned and managed a career transition programme for 320 employees facing change at GMAC plc, the UK’s leading mortgage provider. She led a team of 9 career coaches, delivering 1:1 coaching, team coaching and facilitating workshops leading to increased confidence for staff planning new career paths. Some of the other clients she has worked with include Wiley-Blackwell Publishing, Volkswagon, Birds Eye, National Grid, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Abbot Pharmaceuticals, Miele, Dairy Crest, NAFFI, Oxford Instruments and Black and Veatch.
Grace is a vice chair of governors of a large girls comprehensive school with responsibility for curriculum and staffing. She is also chair of Mothertongue, an award winning charity supporting people from the black and minority ethnic communities in Reading.
Grace has a Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching, accreditation in Career Management Consultancy (Right Management) and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. She is also accredited to deliver the Birkman method of personality assessment.
