Humaira Mannan is an experienced learning and development practitioner. She has over 15 years in-house and consultancy based experience in coaching, leadership and team development within global organisations in the UK and internationally.
Humaira has worked with Creative Metier on the design, redesign, delivery and evaluation of specialist leadership and development programmes for Women’s World Banking, and is leading work to build market presence and promote Remote International Coaching Delivery in Asia.
Previously, as an independent consultant Humaira provided coaching to leaders in areas including leadership development, career development and transition management. She has facilitated numerous leadership development workshops and delivered a series of Resilience Programmes for leaders and teams in the UK and abroad. She has also worked with business teams to increase team performance.
Prior to this, Humaira worked with Rolls-Royce plc as Manager Learning Services where she designed and delivered leadership and team development interventions, provided coaching, facilitated workshops and was involved in change programmes across the business. She also worked in Asia with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting for four years in the Human Resource Development practice area working with a wide range of private and public sector organisations. In addition, Humaira held Learning & Development roles in the hospitality and health sectors.
Humaira’s academic qualifications include a MSc. in Organisational Behaviour, BA in Psychology and Literature and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development. She is an accredited coach by the International Coach Federation, a NLP Master Practitioner and professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Humaira is accredited in a number of psychometric instruments including MBTI, 16 PF, Bar-On EQi Emotional Intelligence and the Birkman method.
