Jessica is a dynamic project manager with Business Change and HR Transformation expertise. She joins Creative Metier from PA Consulting Group, as Senior Consultant with responsibility for business development and programme delivery.
Jessica’s project management experience includes supporting the delivery of a number of high profile UK Government and private sector IT enabled business change programmes across the Health, Homeland Security and Insurance sectors. She has managed key projects including training, wider business change and procurement. Jessica provided project management support to the MCA award winning procurement of the new UK Passport contract, worth £400M. Whilst working with IPS Jessica delivered training courses on Negotiation Skills and Facilitation as part of her role to deliver the skills transfer commitment.
Prior to joining PA, Jessica worked for a third sector umbrella organisation to design and implement a market management and capacity building programme across 50 third sector organizations providing Health and Social Care Services across Herefordshire. She conducted training needs analysis and ongoing mentoring support to ensure capacity building resources were effectively targeted to deliver a step-change in sustainability and quality of service delivery.
Jessica has an MSC in Global Security from Cranfield University and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University where she focused on Development Economics and International Relations. She is a qualified PRINCE2® Project Management (Practitioner), and while at PA, completed their internal coaching programme and trainer development programme. Jessica joined the British Army in 2004 where she undertook an intensive programme of Leadership and Management training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
