Jill is an experienced Trainer, Facilitator and Career Management Consultant.

In her post as Curriculum Manager at BBC People Development Jill designed a blended television training curriculum combining the best of all training methodologies including e-learning, face-to-face courses, mentoring and coaching. She also held the post of Executive Course Producer – BBC Training and Development.

Prior to joining BBC Training and Development Jill spent many years working with diverse and often complex television production teams focusing on a variety of genre including Wimbledon, Trooping the Colour, Mastermind and  Songs of Praise.

Jill holds the Post Graduate Diploma in Career Consultancy and Counseling from Birkbeck College, University of London; is qualified to British Psychological Society Level A and Level B+; is a Registered Myers Briggs practitioner and is accredited in Practical Career Coaching through Career Counseling Services Ltd.
