Julie Collins began her career as a management trainee for Marks and Spencer in London before moving into HR and then changing direction to become a technologist with the company. Julie is a trained Executive Coach and Facilitator experienced at working with all levels of staff and management. She has worked with a wide variety of organisations including private, public and not for profit. Clients she has worked with include RSA, Lloyds TSB, Stroud and Swindon Building Society, National Grid, Princes Trust, Oxfam, Volkswagen, Lafarge and Avon Health Authority.
Julie has a strong track record of providing practical support and motivation to clients at times of change and transition. She is successful at building relationships and supporting people through change and improving their performance. She has expertise in the design and delivery of high quality training and development programmes and is a trained counsellor with Relate with over 1000 hours of face to face counselling experience.
Julie is a Member of the CIPD, and BACP, Chair of the Wales and West of England Chapter of the Association of Career Management Professionals (ACP) and Member of the Institute of Career Guidance. She has a Certificate in Coaching (ILM Level 7), is trained in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for both individuals and teams (JCA Occupational Psychologists) and has a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CIPD).
