Kemi is an experienced HR professional, diversity specialist and consultant specialising in work in the Public Sector. She currently holds the post of Staff Development Manager at Bristol University with responsibility for providing change management interventions for all staff, general training, provision of psychometric testing and career coaching.
Kemi has an excellent track record of supporting change within organisations, through strategy/future planning, embracing diversity and employee engagement. She is a qualified facilitator and coach.
As Head of Human Resources at the United Bristol Healthcare Trust – (Surgery and Community Services) Kemi was responsible for Employee Relations and Change Management for 1800 staff and was internal consultant and change agent for a complex organisational restructuring, downsizing and job redesign programme. She also led on Performance Improvement Organisational and Management Development.
Kemi holds an MSc Organisation Behaviour; a Postgraduate Diploma in HR (MCIPD) and a Diploma in Performance Management Coaching.
