Margaret is a highly experienced practitioner with over 8 years of coaching practise and works at all levels up to Board Director in both the Public and Private sectors, covering a wide range of disciplines.

Margaret’s previous career includes experience at senior management level in both commercial and public sector environments. She has in-depth experience of the Job Market and setting up businesses in the Recruitment Industry in the City and West End of London. For the past 18 years she has managed her own business portfolio.  The core of this has been Associate Senior Consultant with Penna Plc, working on Career Transition.  She has specialisms in Career Change, Portfolio Working, Self-employment Support and Pre-retirement.

Margaret is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming with a Diploma in NLP Executive Coaching.  She also has a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle College.  She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Directors
