Ray has over 20 years of international business experience working with large multinational organisations. He was CFO of Global IT Solutions at Electrolux and held several international Finance Director posts with Diageo Plc. His work as a senior finance executive in these organisations has allowed him to build a broad commercial knowledge and a wide ranging network.

He works as an executive coach with all levels of senior managers across all functions, but particularly with senior finance leaders. He also specialises in change management consultancy for commercial and finance teams in a global context

Ray is currently completing a MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at Surrey University. He teaches on a Post Graduate Business Management course, and Chartered Management Institute courses at West London College. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
