Founded by Directors Andy and Glynis Rankin in 2006 to develop v-interactive® the innovative online programme that now forms the basis of Vivocco™Career. Creative Metier builds on the skills of our talented remote coaching team, programme design and coaching strategy.

Autumn 2010 heralds exciting times with the launch of our innovative Remote International Coaching Delivery (RICD) methodology; aiming to increase the accessibility and impact of executive and career coaching.  Creative Metier’s Vivocco™Strategy  provides a framework for supporting clients to develop their RICD capability, leveraging their existing technologies and building internal capability to deliver a bespoke solution. Vivocco™Strategy works across businesses and stakeholders to unpack complex situations and deliver maximum results, providing a reliable partner in the strategic development process.
