"If you want your ideas to be driven into a realistic future, work with Creative Metier...”
Creative Metier Limited was founded by Directors Andy and Glynis Rankin in 2006 to develop v-interactive the leading edge online programme that now forms the basis of VivoccoCareer. Building on the skills of our talented team in consulting, learning design and coaching, Creative Metier now delivers much more.
June 2009 sees the launch of a new suite of programmes, built around our work with clients; Vivocco100 , for companies that need to make a serious impact in the next 100 days; Vivocco365 for future leaders and for people in senior roles or where a real step change in career development is needed; VivoccoStrategy for companies that need help to develop new ways forward in complex situations; and VivoccoCareer for people who need to make the right decisions at points of transition.
Creative Metier specialises in productivity and capability enhancement, by understanding the current position and designing interventions that genuinely impact the situation. Where workforces are disengaged or disenfranchised in turbulent times, we work to get re-engagement focusing on business performance when you need it most.
The Company works internationally with clients across many sectors, including the financial sector, media, FMCG, not for profit and educational sectors. Head quartered in the UK with offices in Bristol and London, Creative Metier works with local clients and has a global reach, specialising in Remote International Coaching Delivery (RICD). Creative Metier also collaborates with Strategic Partners, whose work complements our own and with whom we share a similar philosophy and approach.
Creative Metier’s work has applications over a broad spectrum of issues in employee engagement, leadership development, diversity, strategic development and organisational development. With broadening expertise as our team develops we have the capacity to deliver an increasingly wide range of programmes and interventions, all with the same underlying theme – working with people through change.
“We are very excited about the integration of VivoccoCareer with our MBA. Students are making a significant investment in their careers and we want to do everything we can to help in this, particularly at a time when they are facing an increasingly competitive job market.” Dr Peter Simpson Director of MBA and Executive Programmes, Bristol Business School
