Creative Metier worked with an Associate Partner in an international consulting firm who had just failed to make Partner. She:
Client: Associate Partner in a major international consultancy firm
Situation: JD worked at a major international consulting firm for more than 15 years, before applying to be made Partner. Everyone was expecting her to be successful. She had been dealing with a client that was known to be difficult immediately prior to the application and on the basis of poor results her application was turned down. The Company policy was that a two year period needed to pass before she could apply again.
JD felt let down by the company, embarrassed in front of her colleagues who were as surprised as she was. As a result, JD had started to become generally disillusioned. She liked working for the firm and wanted to stay but was finding less satisfaction in her work now that this had happened. The Company agreed for JD to receive coaching to help her through this difficult time.
Creative Metier designed a year long coaching programme for JD Vivocco365. The Programme began with Vivocco100 to help JD set her priorities and refocus on delivery. Coaching then continued to focus on longer term priorities and development needs.
