The Creative Metier Practitioner Training Programme is designed for experienced coaches to enable them to work on Creative Metier Vivocco™ programmes or to use v-interactive® online and hard copy resources in their own professional practice.

The knowledge, theory and practice underpinning Creative Metier’s innovative approach to coaching and development work have developed substantially over the past few years.  We have now developed this intensive Training Programme for new and existing Practitioners to reflect this.

By the end of the Programme participants will have:

• An understanding of the way people create their futures and the Creative Metier way of working to give people a profoundly different perspective on their own future
• Undertaken a deep exploration of the nature of listening and the way that listening (whether face to face or remote) can be transformational.  Practical examination of the ways which this can be provided for clients using the v-interactive® resources.  This is a core transferable skill which can be used in many other contexts – one to one work, managerial roles and other human interactions
• An understanding of own limits and comfort zones in relation to this type of delivery with clients
• Knowledge of the distinctions of performance coaching, career coaching, counselling etc and where Creative Metier fits
• Be able to talk about and position Creative Metier resources with internal or external clients

The Programme includes:

• A three day residential programme at a lovely retreat house based in the countryside near Cheltenham
• Coaching and one to one supervised practice
• Two free licences to v-interactive® or
  v-interactive®100 for new Practitioners to use with their first two “practice” clients

Creative Metier runs an ongoing programme of learning support and occasional workshops for graduates of this course.
