Remote Coaching specialists Creative Metier are launching the findings from a brand new global study, conducted in partnership with the international think tank and career experts, Career Innovation (Ci). The study explores what it takes to create a change-ready organisation by building ‘Career Resilience’. It documents the views and practices of 36 well-known organisations including Marriott, Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline and Shell.
The Creative Metier team will be holding an event to discuss the findings of the study and the implications for participant’s organisations, at an evening drinks reception and workshop on Tuesday 8 March 2011 at 18.15, to be held at the British High Commission in Singapore in partnership with UK Trade and Investment.
The evening will give participants the opportunity to hear about the key themes emerging from the research, and the innovative ways in which companies are supporting careers including a discussion about the use of remote coaching.
