Creative Metier coaches bring substantial business and organisational experience to their coaching assignments. The Company uses coaching to turn around short term performance and to ensure that people who are new in role get up to speed as quickly as possible (see Vivocco™100); to bring about a step change in individual performance (see Vivocco™365) and for people making key decisions, at critical points in their careers (see Vivocco™Career). Any of these programmes may be supported by workshops rather than coaching subject to client requirements.

Creative Metier coaches work in traditional ways, one to one, face to face. We also work remotely, delivering the same level of results, enabling international companies to deliver effective coaching to a consistent standard wherever they are based.

Research demonstrates that coaching clients often see the coaching session as the main point of intervention, doing little work in between meetings, often thinking about the issue in hand immediately before they return to see their coach again. Creative Metier takes a different approach. At the core of Vivocco™100 and Vivocco™Career are a set of engaging online and hard copy resources designed to help clients continue to think through the issues they are addressing between sessions. This maximises the benefit of the coaching sessions themselves, reducing the amount of time required for coaching and produces outstanding results.

The Company has pioneered Remote International Coaching Delivery (RICD), enabling coaches to work remotely whilst looking at the same screens as the client to share the work the client has completed on their online learning accounts.  Clients using this service have a one year personal license to one of the unique online development programmes backed up by an email and telephone “Navigator” support service. Working online introduces a new dimension to the coaching process; a different type of conversation, as users can experiment with new ideas, changing and revising them as many times as they want until they are fully satisfied with the results. The software is accessible wherever there is online access and a broadband connection. The users work is stored in a secure, confidential personal account and can be accessed at any time.

Training

We train experienced coaches and learning professionals in coaching and / or group methodologies to deliver programmes using the Creative Metier online resources v-interactive® and v-interactive®100. This enables companies to use these resources in their own programmes, developing in house capacity and offering low cost options which benefits from Creative Metier’s expertise in learning design.
