Creative Metier is partnering with Career Innovation (Ci) to offer a package of one to one coaching support which builds on Ci’s “CiZone” career tools. Ci is a catalyst organization working with some of the world’s best known employers to help them increase business agility and gain recognition as inspiring places to work. Ci’s approach uses a powerful mix of fresh research insights, collaborative events and high impact online career and leadership tools. This partnership builds on Creative Metier’s expertise in Remote International Coaching Delivery (RICD).

Ci’s career coaching package typically comprises 5 coaching sessions, delivered face to face or virtually over a period of 6-8 weeks by one of Creative Metier’s experienced coaches.  It is built around the “CiZone” tools which will be used to provide a focus for the coaching sessions.  Training can also be provided for internal career coaches in the tools and techniques of career coaching, and how to use on-line tools to support and enhance the coachee's experience.

One to one career coaching and support can accelerate development and enhance the career deal for a particular talent group, build new talent pipelines after reorganisation/change of direction in a company, or can be used to support key individuals moving to senior positions.  Paying attention to career on an individual basis is a powerful way of building engagement and increasing retention, through helping the right people envisage a long-term future in the organisation.
