About Executive Coaching

Creative Metier’s international team of professional Executive Coaches have coached 196 leaders in 41 countries world-wide. Creative Metier coaches provide structured support to cover all aspects of change management including stakeholder management, organisational structure, team capacity, organisational culture and performance. Executive Coaching is usually provided over six months or a year, and aims to support the identification and building of wide and sustainable support networks for the future.

The team have recently worked with business schools in the US and UK to integrate Executive Coaching with their Executive Education offerings.

Creative Metier also offers training for Executive Coaches.

Managing discontinuous change

Leaders who are committed to achieving scale and delivering impact often need to create discontinuous change in order to deliver results. This may include transformation or repositioning of the whole organisation, engaging new and different stakeholders, taking in new investors, identifying innovative approaches to financing and/or delivering through new and complex partnerships.  Such new initiatives inevitably involve the need to balance the delivery of business as usual and, at the same time, to focus on the new initiative while managing the attendant levels of risk. Many leaders use Creative Metier’s Executive Coaching services as a back-stop or sounding board, to think through challenges, resolve issues, increase the likelihood of success and reduce the risks associated with discontinuous change.

Coaching through crisis

CEOs and senior leaders working in environments with high levels of political, economic and social instability or with turbulent security situations and environmental vulnerabilities, often use coaching to help them think through some of the most challenging situations that they face. They may also use Executive Coaching to stay on track with other deliverables in a volatile operating environment.  Creative Metier coaches are experienced in coaching in contexts in which the security of the organisations’ own staff and families are also critical considerations. Critical role transition

The transition to a new CEO, particularly when the outgoing incumbent is the founder of the organisation or has been in post for many years, inevitably creates instability for the organisation. Creative Metier delivers Executive Coaching for outgoing CEOs and leaders in critical roles to enable them to plan the transition process, identify the full requirements of their role, provide a systematic handover and significantly reduce risk to the organisation.

For incoming leaders, Creative Metier provides a structured planning process to enable them to “hit the ground running”, address unforeseen challenges as they arise and shorten the time it takes for them to make an impact in their new role.

Mentoring Programmes

Creative Metier designs and delivers in-house and cross-company Mentoring Programmes to share senior staff learning, expertise and experience and develop a culture which fosters learning and development. For international and cross-company programmes this includes remote training for mentors and mentees, programme support and impact evaluation.
