Vivocco™Strategy is a specialist Strategic HR consultancy service which supports clients operating in complex international or national contexts, to review and develop their Strategic HR and Organisational Capacity. HR Strategy Development

Our approach to Strategic HR consulting assignments are based around four stages

  1. Diagnosing organisational challenges:
    Creative Metier is committed to a consultative approach to the diagnosis, and will typically engage with a significant proportion of staff during an in-country visit to really understand the people, organisation and context. This work could take the form of a detailed HR Review or a focus on challenges identified by the client. We can also provide remote diagnosis and coaching to resolve specific issues.
  2. Developing clear recommendations and an action plan:
    The Creative Metier team will provide a clear analysis of the current situation and consult with relevant stakeholders to make valid recommendations and develop a realistic action plan which will support the strategic goals of the organisation
  3. Providing implementation support:
    A dedicated member of the initial team continues the relationship with the organisation and provides follow-up support to Senior Leaders to manage and own the implementation. Capacity Building, Senior Leadership coaching and tailored programmes are integrated into the plan along-side use of Creative Metier’s suite of online resources. Where a higher level of support is required during implementation, our consultants are able to spend prolonged periods in country.
  4. Reviewing progress:
    Creative Metier is committed to sustainable consultancy. We support organisations to build their own capacity and seek to transfer skills and delivery responsibility into the organisation wherever possible. We support senior leaders to review progress at key points to ensure that the strategic goals are achieved.
