Glynis Rankin leads on Creative Metier’s market building strategy, working with service providers in executive coaching and business development to strengthen their offerings and their businesses, and with small and growing businesses to strengthen their performance. As an Executive Coach, she has worked with more than 300 senior leader across Africa, Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe, and developed the Creative Metier coaching approach “Coaching for Outstanding Business Performance”. In her consulting work she has led significant assignments across Creative Metier’s work in governance, organisational and leadership development to ensure robust institutions delivering a strong social impact.
Jessica Stewart leads Creative Metier’s insight offering, equipping funders and investors with the organisational and market intelligence to make robust strategic decisions. Jessica has conducted ecosystem and market scans across Africa in addition to complex needs analyses locally, regionally and globally. In her consulting work Jessica has worked extensively with donor funded programs, impact investors and investees in Asia and Africa to ensure that they have the organisational structures, people and governance in place to deliver their objectives and respond to internal shocks and challenging external operating environments.
Executive Coach and Consultant
Alex Simuyandi brings many years’ experience of working in social impact investment in African agriculture to the consultancy side of his role with Creative Metier, including his work as Technical Specialist for the Smallholders and Agri-Food SME Finance and Investment Network (SAFIN) at the UN’s International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and as Group Operations Director for AgDevCo. He is a qualified and experienced Executive Coach, specialising in coaching individuals and teams working in the social impact space.
Humaira Mannan is an experienced deliverer of Creative Metier’s “Leading for the Future” and “Executive Coaching for Outstanding Business Performance” Programmes. In her role as a member of the Creative Metier Executive Coach Panel, she has worked with senior leaders across Central Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Humaira is a specialist in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and has recently completed a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology.
A former Group HR Director, Tazmin brings over 20 years experience in senior human capital development roles to her work with Creative Metier. A Business Psychologist accredited by the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP) UK, and an accredited coach at PCC level, Tazmin coached on the on the Argidius ANDE Talent Challenge programme “Deploying Executive Coaching to Drive Growth in Kenyan SGBs” delivered by Creative Metier, supported by the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) and the Argidius Foundation. She also coached on the “Programme to Build a Coaching Culture” for CEOs and senior leaders from ten major East African financial institutions designed and delivered by Creative Metier, in collaboration with FSD Africa and delivered at Strathmore Business School in 2015.
Mahmood Ali Shamsher
Based in Islamabad, Pakistan, Mahmood Shamsher Ali delivers programs specializing in behaviour focused learning interventions, using face to face training, focus group discussions, one on one coaching, virtual and eLearning platforms. Mahmood’s expertise includes program design, development, delivery, coaching and train the trainer programs to support internal learning development. He is also a coach for the development of skills in public speaking, facilitation and training delivery. His experience includes work with for profit institutions, not for profits and extensive work in the financial sector.
Benson is an executive coach who brings more than 20 years’ experience in procurement and logistics in the hospitality, FMCG, and telecommunications industries to his role. His first work with Creative Metier was as an executive coach on the Argidius ANDE Talent Challenge programme “Deploying Executive Coaching to Drive Growth in Kenyan SGBs” where he provided coaching to the Heads of a School providing education in Nairobi .
Executive Coach and Consultant
Theresa Ojiambo (Tess) is a qualified and experienced executive coach who worked with Creative Metier on the Argidius ANDE Talent Challenge programme “Deploying Executive Coaching to Drive Growth in Kenyan SGBs”. Tess has worked as an executive coach in Nairobi for many years, and is currently Chair of the Institute of Coaching (of Coaches) in Nairobi. A qualified lawyer, before making her career change to executive coaching, Tess held senior positions with Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).
Rose is an agent of transformation who has practiced as an executive coach for the past five years, and has mentored leaders for nine years. Her purpose is to help clients find the leader within and supports them as they respond to the complexities and multiplicity of expectations associated with their leadership roles. Her experience spans the corporate and financial sectors. Her work with Creative Metier includes coaching for SGBs on the Argidius ANDE Talent Challenge programme “Deploying Executive Coaching to Drive Growth in Kenyan SGBs”.
Sheetal brings over 23 years of extensive experience across corporate, not-for-profit and public sectors to her role as an international executive coach. She has provided career and leadership coaching for UN secretariats and worked with senior leaders, heads of organisations and young business leaders, supporting them to map their organizational goals and find their purpose as they navigate the challenges of leadership and business. Her work with Creative Metier includes coaching for SGBs on the Argidius ANDE Talent Challenge programme “Deploying Executive Coaching to Drive Growth in Kenyan SGBs”.
Is a certified executive coach who first worked with Creative Metier on the Argidius ANDE Talent Challenge programme “Deploying Executive Coaching to Drive Growth in Kenyan SGBs”. Mary has 27 years’ work experience, 15 of which have been in organisational development consulting and executive coaching (5 years). She has coached across private, not-for-profit and public sectors at board, director, senior leader and middle management levels. Mary has also supported Public Sector Reforms and devolution processes in the national and county governments.
