Welcome to the next in our Coaching Impact Series interviews, a podcast series exploring the impact of our coaching work with entrepreneurial support organisations.

In this interview, Creative Metier Impact Area Lead Jessica Stewart speaks to Lily Nyawira, Director of Programme Implementation at African Management Institute (AMI) and uncovers the impact of the Argidius funded coaching that Creative Metier delivered throughout the Covid pandemic. Lily shares how the coaching supported to her to build her own leadership style and step up to manage a new role and larger team. She describes how adopting a coaching style of leadership has led to a culture change, greater efficiency across her team and ultimately greater impact of AMI’s work.
