In this interview, Creative Metier Impact Area Lead Jessica Stewart interviews Impact Hub Global Development Director Maria Trindade, uncovering the impact of the Argidius funded coaching that Creative Metier delivered throughout the Covid pandemic. Maria shares how the coaching supported the global team to focus on landing key strategic decisions when it mattered most. She also describes how our work to build coaching skills across Impact Hub has enabled a better quality of conversation and built the confidence of leaders across the network.
Maria Trindade
Maria is the Impact Hub Global Development Director and is responsible for leading strategic efforts for expansion and development of the Impact Hub Network worldwide; from the development of initiatives to strengthen Up & Running Impact Hubs to support fostering entrepreneurship ecosystem. Prior to joining Impact Hub Company Maria worked as Managing Director at Impact Hub King’s Cross. She was responsible for rebooting Impact Hub King’s Cross operations, leading the organisation to finance recovery and profitability for the first time since opening. She implemented successfully a succession plan that enabled her to pursue her passions and contributed to other areas of the business, working as Development Director supporting the development of other business line and the increase entrepreneurial support initiatives. Maria’s background is in CSR, microfinance, and business operations. She has a degree in Business Administration, post degree in Management of Non-for-Profit Organisations and MSc in International Management from King’s College, London University. Maria is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
