Welcome to the second in our Coaching Impact Series interviews, a podcast series exploring the impact of our coaching work with entrepreneurial support organisations.
In this interview, Creative Metier Impact Area Lead Jessica Stewart interviews Agora Partnerships CEO Cecilia Foxworthy to uncover the impact of the Argidius funded coaching that Creative Metier delivered throughout the Covid pandemic. Cecilia shares how the coaching enabled her to step into the CEO role during a particularly challenging time for Agora, and the value of having a coach as an external strategic thought partner.
